MULTI LEVEL MARKETING FOR KIDNEY DONATION 

A pioneer project for Donation of Kidney for needy person has evolved in Kerala, India under the leadership of a group of persons under Multi Level Donation of Kidneys.

Because of the non availability of matching Donors of Kidney and cumbersome legal barriers the patients who require Kidney are increasing day by day and is reported that some 3000 to 4000 persons are requiring Kidney donations in Kerala per year.

Under this circumstance a noble concept of Multi Level Donation of Kidney is evolved and a scheme is recently put into practice to save thousands of needy patients.  A patient who needs kidney has to take a membership with the group and has to donate a kidney of his spouse or relative to the group. Whenever the recipient comes forward for receipt of a Kidney with the condition of donation of a Kidney of his spouse or relatives, his acceptance conditions in terms of medical fitness is matched with some other donors who are already in the group and in need of a Kidney for his spouse or relatives. This patient gets kidney and the donated kidney of his spouse or relative is used for some other patient who is need of kidney.

This process continues without involving financial transactions between the donor and receipt.  The needy patients get the required Kidney in terms of medical acceptance easily by way of Donation of a Kidney to some other needy person. It is a multi level donation of Kidney and is easily available to the needy patients without involving high financial burden and searches for acceptable Kidneys.

The first Donation under this Scheme was done by a famous businessman of Kerala on 24.02.2011 and successfully carried out the surgery by donating one of his Kidneys to a young person. The next step of acceptance and donation would carry out in the next month under this scheme.
